Food was ok. The service was a fail though. Course after course the empty dishes kept piling up and no one cleared anything. At one point we stacked the dishes ourselves like a smoke signal to come take them but no one did. It was just weird, never seen that before in NYC.

The food and atmosphere brought me right back to Japan, though the price brought me back to reality haha. Everything was authentic, fresh, and delicious. Normally I knock a restaurant down a star for using AI images of food/beverages they make but the meal was too good to bring this rating down to 4 stars.

Most unique scampi I have ever had! Deserts were DELICIOUS highly recommend the limoncello and dark chocolate salted caramel pudding (I can't remember the name). Spaghetti and meatball seemed good but certainly not as amazing as the above listed those were chefs kiss!

From the time you enter you are greeted with a welcoming smile from Kevoy and thats the best and then you are taken to a seat and the wait was not long..
My experience was great enjoy the food music and most of all kevoy service was great his greetings was great too.

Open in Google MapsThe slowest ever. Food is mediocre by the time the server comes better know what you want because they won’t check on you or come back for 30 mins. Got my order wrong twice. Because this is the second time I came to this location. It’s across the street from my home. But everytime I regret it. Staff is not trained properly on professionalism and wait is too long and it’s always empty when arrive in a Tuesday or today which is a Thursday at 4. Empty and service still slow and order still wrong. I have give up. Told waitress my order is wrong she had an attitude and never returned.
